Preventative Maintenance
Instead of waiting to have a major breakdown, regular maintenance can keep your equipment running smoothly, reducing the number of costly breakdowns. This also can keep your coffee quality level at its best, which will keep your customers choosing your product over others. Standard maintenance should be carried out on your valuable machines on a regular basis - every 3 to 6 months depending on volume of use. Preventative Maintenance Description

Check:
Brew temperature
Pump pressure
Steam pressure/pressure stat function
Coffee volume
Water level probe function
Wear of grinder burrs (if requested)
Steam valve function
Water condition
Water filters and softeners (if applicable)
Screen screws

Replace:
Gaskets (mandatory)
Screens (if needed)
